At Safollo Feed, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our poultry, fish, and cattle feeds. Because our products are perishable and have a specific shelf life to ensure optimal nutrition for your livestock, we maintain a strict refund and return policy.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:
We only accept cancellations and provide full refunds for orders that are cancelled before the product has been dispatched or delivered.
Once an order has left our warehouse or has been loaded for delivery to your location, it is considered a final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Due to the nature of animal feed—including its sensitivity to moisture, temperature, and storage conditions—we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been successfully delivered to the customer.
We cannot guarantee the integrity of the feed once it has left our controlled storage environment, and for the safety of all our customers’ livestock, we do not restock or resell returned feed.
We strongly encourage all customers to inspect the feed at the time of delivery. If you receive a product that is visibly damaged, damp, or incorrect, please:
Notify the delivery personnel immediately.
Contact our support team while the delivery team is still on-site.
If a legitimate quality issue is verified at the point of delivery, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund for the affected portion of the order.
If a refund is approved (due to a pre-delivery cancellation or a verified issue during delivery), the refund will be processed via the original payment method or through a mutually agreed-upon mobile banking/bank transfer service. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
